Красная волчанка – болезнь, встречающаяся в любом возрасте, но чаще всего у детей. Ее относят к иммунокомплексным заболеваниям, которые отличаются быстрой генерализацией патологического процесса, яркими периферическими синдромами, тяжелыми висцеральными проявлениями, гипериммунными кризами.

Что обозначают все эти непонятные медицинские термины? В переводе на обычный язык это значит, что красная волчанка – системное заболевание с серьезным нарушением иммунитета.

Иммунная система начинает вырабатывать антитела к клеткам своего организма. Эти антитела постепенно разрушают клетки и ткани. Из-за этого страдает весь организм: капилляры, мышцы, слизистые оболочки, сердце, почки, суставы и даже психика. Развивается воспаление в органах и тканях, что, конечно, приводит к нарушению их функций.

Почему заболевание красная волчанка развивается у детей?

Болезнь красная волчанкаТеорий причин развития данной болезни несколько, и ученые пока не могут прийти к единому мнению, то есть точные причины возникновения заболевания красной волчанкой не выявлены. Среди теорий происхождения красной волчанки и генетическая и аллергическая, и инфекционная.

Анализ статистических данных показал, что после изобретения антибиотиков и некоторых других препаратов количество больных данным заболеванием значительно увеличилось. Кроме антибиотиков к препаратам-виновникам относят сульфаниламиды, противосудорожные средства и вакцины. Возможно, что иммунитет, не получая нагрузки, предназначенной природой, начинает работать фактически против самого себя.

На сегодняшний день четко выделяются те факторы, которые могут стать толчком к развитию болезни, так как начало красной волчанки, как правило, совпадает с каким-то из них.

  • Хроническая вирусная инфекция
  • Злоупотребление солнцем или солярием
  • Изменение гормонального фона
  • Сильный стресс или психологическая травма
  • Переохлаждение
  • Вакцинация

Подъем заболеваемости красной волчанкой приходится на период самого активного развития организма, начиная с девятилетнего возраста. Пик отмечается в 12-14 лет. Однако нередки случаи заболевания у маленьких детей, причем в несколько раз чаще страдают девочки. Скорее всего, это связано с гормональными, изменениями в организме.

В период беременности и после родов тоже наступают ситуации риска для проявления красной волчанки, если организм был к ней предрасположен. Упрощенно механизм развития синдрома красной волчанки можно описать как разрушение антителами здоровых клеток и превращение их в измененные, волчаночные клетки. Поэтому можно смело ответить, заразная она или нет – красная волчанка не является заразным заболеванием, и передается она только по наследству.

Причины заболевания красной волчанкойИ то, не само заболевание, а лишь предрасположенность к нему. По этой причине врачи рекомендуют молодым пациенткам быть очень осмотрительными при планировании беременности и отдавать себе отчет в том, что могут передать будущему ребенку предрасположенность к красной волчанке.

Еще несколько десятилетий назад многие считали это заболевание заразным. Наверное, из-за кожных проявлений, особенно бросающейся в глаза яркой сыпи на лице, которая по своим очертаниям напоминает бабочку.

Заболевание коварное, оно может долго «тлеть» в организме в хронической форме и проявляться лишь кожной сыпью. Однако иммунные изменения накапливаются, и любой провоцирующий фактор может привести к обострению.

В острой стадии проявляются интоксикация, повышение температуры, уменьшение подвижности, головная боль, поражение кожи. Через несколько месяцев в процесс уже могут быть вовлечены почки и другие органы.

  • Диссеминированная

Системная форма

Симптомы системной красной волчанкиСамый опасный вид – это системная красная волчанка. Именно она поражает весь организм, приводит к изменениям в составе крови, к нарушениям в работе внутренних органов. При данном виде заболевания возможен летальный исход, который наступает чаще всего из-за серьезных поражений печени или почек.

Современные методы лечения существенно облегчают и продлевают жизнь больным системной красной волчанкой. Если когда-то продолжительность жизни таких пациентов была ограничена несколькими годами, то сегодня эти цифры составляют 20 и более лет.

Один из видов красной волчанки, похожий на системную, – лекарственная красная волчанка. Заболевание вызывается приемом лекарств и во многих случаях прекращается при их отмене.

Диссеминированная и дискоидная формы болезни

Дискоидная красная волчанкаДиссеминированная и дискоидная красная волчанка – это такие виды болезни, при которых поражается преимущественно кожа, то есть это кожные формы болезни. Чаще всего страдает лицо, реже волосистая часть головы и верхняя часть тела. Здесь формируются красные пятна в виде нескольких очагов. При эрозивно-язвенной форме болезни очаги поражения формируются на губах и в полости рта.

Эти виды волчанки не так опасны, как системная красная волчанка, потому что болезнь редко заходит глубже, чем кожа и слизистые оболочки. Поэтому такую форму часто называют кожная красная волчанка. Болезнь не затрагивает внутренние органы. При анализах волчаночные клетки не выявляются или выявляются в очень небольших количествах.

Различаются эти два вида красной волчанки глубиной проникновения болезненных процессов в кожу. При диссеминированной волчанке происходит лишь поверхностная атрофия кожи. При дискоидной – затрагиваются глубокие слои, формируются грубые рубцы.

    медицине не выгодно чтобы люди были здоровыми,не будет больных -врачи станут не нужны.((У меня у близкого очень человека волчанка.лет 20 ужев больницах лежала только лет 20 назад,вроде нормально себя чуствует,но случаи все разные и кому как повезет.Дай Бог всем здоровья и терпения.А ученые принесите уже пользу людям чтоли.А то мне вот например бронхит лечили и отрезали пол легкого ,это нормально чтоли.Кому и как потом верить

    очень страшно, столько болезней на сегодняшний день, что просто страшно жить. Одно радует, что эта волчанка не заразна, а обидно , что не лечиться совсем, от этого очень плохо. Особенно страшно за наших детей. Хотелось бы, чтобы всё таки нашлись пути выздоровления!
